High pressure slag oil pump (booster fuel pump)
The high-pressure slag oil pump (booster fuel pump) adopts a self sealing lubrication and automatic gap adjustment structure, and the parts must be made of high materials. It has the characteristics of compact structure, good self suction, and strong adaptability. In situations where the liquid contains impurities, the working life of the pump is more than 10 times longer than that of general gear pumps.
The design fully considers the interchangeability with KCB series ordinary gear pumps, and the appearance, installation dimensions, and technical parameters are the same as those of KCB series gear pumps. Therefore, this type of pump, also known as the KCB series "type", exhibits the important characteristics of long service life and stable pressure when conveying media with lubrication and no impurities.
High pressure slag oil pump (booster fuel pump) is suitable for conveying heavy oil, diesel, coal tar containing non-metallic impurities, as well as various media with impurities and low lubrication in industries such as grain and oil, chemical, building materials, and daily chemical products, with a temperature not exceeding 200 ° C and a viscosity not exceeding 150mm2/S.
High pressure slag oil pump (booster fuel pump) is particularly suitable for situations that require stable working pressure and long-term continuous operation. For example, fuel delivery and injection in lubrication systems and fuel burning systems.
High pressure slag oil pump (booster fuel pump) is not suitable for conveying corrosive, metallic impurities, sand and gravel impurities with particle diameter greater than 3mm, as well as high volatility and low flash point media. For example: gasoline, benzene, etc.
