Firstly, after running for 2000-3000 hours, the lubricating oil in the bearing body should be added or replaced in a timely manner to ensure good lubrication of the bearings and prolong their service life.
Secondly, it is recommended to replace the bearings together with the pump internal seals, and clean the carbon deposits inside the impeller to ensure sufficient flow and pressureThirdly, the bearings that users replace are mostly purchased from the electromechanical market or bearing stores. Users only consider the model when purchasing bearings and ignore the high temperature and high speed characteristics of the oil pump. Choosing bearings requires the conditions of high temperature and high speed, otherwise they are not suitable for pumps4. There are problems with the bearing assembly process; When assembling bearings in the factory assembly workshop, tools are used. The tools used for arranging the first bearing and the second bearing are different, with the aim of simultaneously applying force to the inner and outer rings of the bearing to maintain its original performance. It is understood that many users neglect the process of bearing installation when replacing bearings, and the use of non tool arrangement often leads to human damage to the bearings due to improper force during installation, which is a crucial issue5.
