There are problems with the bearing assembly process; When assembling bearings in the factory assembly workshop, tools are used. The tools used for arranging the first bearing and the second bearing are different, with the aim of simultaneously applying force to the inner and outer rings of the bearing to maintain its original performance. It is understood that many users neglect the process of bearing installation when replacing bearings, and the use of non tool arrangement often leads to human damage to the bearings due to improper force during installation, which is a crucial issue5. When replacing bearings, it is also necessary to determine the degree of wear on the shaft.
