ZYB slag oil pump
The ZYB slag oil pump adopts a self sealing lubrication and automatic gap adjustment structure, and the components must be made of high-quality materials. The ZYB slag oil pump, ZYB-300, and ZYB-18.3A have the characteristics of compact structure, good self suction, and strong adaptability. In situations where the conveying liquid contains impurities, the working life of the ZYB slag oil pump is 2-10 times longer than that of general gear pumps.
The design of ZYB slag oil pump fully considers its interchangeability with KCB series ordinary gear pumps, and its appearance, installation dimensions, and technical parameters are the same as those of KCB series gear pumps. Therefore, this ZYB slag oil pump, also known as the KCB series "type", exhibits the important characteristics of long service life and stable pressure when conveying media with lubrication and no impurities.
Applicable scope and main use:
ZYB slag oil pump is suitable for conveying temperatures not exceeding 200 ° C and viscosity not exceeding 150mm ²/ Heavy oil, diesel, coal tar, as well as various media with impurities and low lubrication in industries such as grain and oil, chemical, building materials, and daily chemical products containing non-metallic impurities are transported.
This ZYB slag oil pump is particularly suitable for situations that require stable working pressure and long-term continuous operation. For example, fuel delivery and injection in lubrication systems and fuel burning systems.
This ZYB slag oil pump is not suitable for conveying corrosive, metal impurities, sand and gravel impurities with particle diameter greater than 3mm, as well as high volatility and low flash point media. For example: gasoline, benzene, etc.
