The bearing external alloy slag oil pump is suitable for conveying lubricating oil or other liquids with properties similar to lubricating oil, which does not contain solid particles and fibers, is non corrosive, has a temperature not exceeding 80 ℃, a viscosity of 5 × 10-6~1.5 × 10-3m2/s (5-1500cSt), and is used in hydraulic transmission systems

Structural features:

The bearing external alloy slag oil pump adopts a point continuous contact bearing that is considered one of the best in the world for conveying pumps, that is, a double arc and sine curve composite tooth shape, which can eliminate the use of involute bearing conveying pumps.

The bearing is placed externally between two meshing tooth profiles as a continuous contact point, which does not cause oil trapping, solving the vibration, noise, and increased bearing load caused by oil trapping in the involute bearing pump. The characteristics of the bearing external alloy slag oil pump are low noise, high pressure, and good energy-saving effect

The bearing external alloy oil pump mainly consists of bearings, shafts, pump bodies, pump covers, bearing sleeves, shaft end seals, etc. The bearing is manufactured with a double arc sine curve tooth profile. Its prominent advantage compared to involute bearing is that the tooth profile surface does not slide relative during the meshing process of the bearing, so the tooth surface is not worn, the operation is stable, there is no liquid phenomenon, low noise, and long service life. This pump has freed itself from the constraints of traditional design, ushering in a new era in the design, production, and use of bearing pumps

The alloy slag oil pump outside the bearing is equipped with a stabilizing valve as overload protection, and the total reflux pressure of the stabilizing valve is 1.5 times the rated discharge pressure of the pump. It can also be adjusted according to actual needs within the allowable discharge pressure range. However, please note that this stabilizing valve cannot be used as a pressure reducing valve for long-term operation. If necessary, it can be installed separately on the pipeline

The pump shaft end seal is designed in two forms: mechanical seal and packing seal, which can be determined according to specific usage and user requirements. From the extended end of the spindle towards the pump, it rotates clockwise
