Maintenance

△ Regularly add grease. The WCB gear oil pump operates at high speed, and the grease is prone to volatilization. Therefore, it is necessary to keep the lubrication at the bearing clean and pay attention to replacement.

The WCB type gear oil pump should be regularly inspected and repaired, and the power supply lines, including internal wires, plugs, and switches, should be checked for good insulation resistance, loose brush tail seats, good contact between the commutator and the brush, moderate open circuit in the stator winding of the armature winding, and damage to bearings and rotating parts.

△ Save each part and replace the same part. When disassembling and inspecting the WCB type gear oil pump, each part should be well preserved. Special attention should be paid to the explosion-proof surface, burrs, insulation pads, and sleeves of the explosion-proof parts to prevent damage. If there is any damage, new identical parts must be replaced. Substitute materials with lower performance than the original materials or parts that do not meet the original specifications should not be used. Pay attention to the insulation resistance of the WCB type gear oil pump. For electric pumping pumps that are not used for a long time or used in humid environments, a 500 volt megohmmeter must be used to measure the insulation resistance of the winding before use. If the insulation resistance between the winding and the motor casing is less than 7 megaohms, the winding must be dried
