The ZYB stainless steel gear pump is an improved version of the original ZYB type slag oil pump. The main components are made of selected materials, which have high strength and hardness after heat treatment. The ZYB high-pressure gear pump adopts multiple hydraulic balance technologies in its structure, which ensures the pump's performance in high-pressure operation, low noise, stable operation, and long pressure holding time.

The ZYB stainless steel gear pump adopts a self sealing lubrication and automatic gap adjustment structure, and all parts must be made of high material. The ZYB gear pump has the characteristics of compact structure, good self suction, and strong adaptability. In situations where the conveying liquid contains impurities, the working life of the pump is 2-10 times longer than that of ordinary gear pumps.

The design of ZYB stainless steel gear pump fully considers its interchangeability with KCB series ordinary gear pumps, and its appearance, installation dimensions, and technical parameters are the same as those of KCB series gear pumps. Therefore, this type of pump, also known as the KCB series "type", exhibits the important characteristics of long service life and stable pressure when conveying media with lubrication and no impurities.

ZYB stainless steel gear pump is suitable for conveying temperatures not exceeding 200 ° C and viscosity not exceeding 150mm ²/ Heavy oil, diesel, coal tar, as well as various media with impurities and low lubrication in industries such as grain and oil, chemical, building materials, and daily chemical products containing non-metallic impurities are transported.

ZYB stainless steel gear pump is particularly suitable for situations that require stable working pressure and long-term continuous operation. For example, fuel delivery and injection in lubrication systems and fuel burning systems.

The ZYB stainless steel gear pump is equipped with an adjustable gear end face clearance structure. When the working pressure of the pump decreases during operation, the internal gear end face clearance of the pump can be adjusted through the external fine adjustment structure on the pump cover, so as to restore the working pressure of the pump and make several adjustments. Therefore, its service life is 5-10 times longer than that of ordinary gear pumps, which is indeed applicable in high-pressure fuel injection scenarios containing impurities in China and reaches the level of similar products.

ZYB stainless steel gear pump is not suitable for conveying corrosive, metallic impurities, sand and gravel impurities with particle diameter greater than 3mm, as well as high volatility and low flash point media. For example: gasoline, benzene, etc.

ZYB stainless steel gear pump is suitable for conveying lubricating oil or other liquids with properties similar to lubricating oil, which does not contain solid particles and fibers, is non corrosive, has a temperature not exceeding 180 ℃, and a viscosity of 5 × 10-6~1.5 × 10-3m2/s (5-1500cSt).

Structural characteristics of ZYB stainless steel gear pump

ZYB stainless steel gear pump mainly consists of gears, shaft, pump body, protective valve, and shaft end seal. The gears have high hardness and strength after heat treatment, and are installed together with the shaft in a replaceable shaft sleeve for operation. The lubrication of all parts inside the ZYB gear oil pump is automatically achieved using the output medium during pump operation.

There are oil discharge and return grooves inside the ZYB stainless steel gear pump, which cause the gear to bear less torque force during operation, resulting in less bearing load, less wear, and pump wear.

The pump is equipped with a protection valve as overload protection. The total reflux pressure of the protection valve is 1.5 times the rated discharge pressure of the pump, and it can also be adjusted according to actual needs within the allowable discharge pressure range. However, please note that this protective valve cannot be used as a pressure reducing valve for long-term operation. If necessary, it can be installed separately on the pipeline.
