Oil Trapping Phenomenon in Stainless Steel Gear Pump

不锈钢齿轮泵的齿形一般都采用渐开线,为了齿轮转动的连续和平稳,同时避免吸、排腔相互旁通,其重迭系数ε需大于1,即在前一对啮合的轮齿尚未脱离啮合时,后一对轮齿已进入啮合,因而就会出现二对以上的轮齿同时啮合的情况,这样就在两啮合线与泵端盖间形成一个封闭空间(称为困油容积),使一部分油液困在其中。随着齿轮的转动,困油容积逐渐减小,直至两对轮齿的啮合点转至对称于节点位置时,困油容积达到。在这一过程中,残留在困油容积中的油液被挤压,压力急剧上升(可达排出压力的10倍以上),使齿轮、轴和轴承受到很大的径向力,此时油液将从零件密封而的缝隙中被强行挤出,造成油液发热而加快变质。此过程称为困油压缩过程。

其后,随着齿轮继续转动,困油容积又逐渐增大,直至前一对轮齿脱开啮合为止。在这一过程中,因困油容积中不能及时充入油液而使其内压力急剧下降,溶于油中的气体析出而产生气泡,这些气泡被带到吸入腔,不但妨碍油液充入齿间,而且随压力升高又会消失。结果导致容积效率的降低,产生振动和噪声。这一过程称为因油膨胀过程。

可见,困油现象就是困油容积的变化造成其内压力急剧升降的现象。泵发生因油时,不仅使轮齿和轴承负荷增加而降低泵的使用寿命,油温升高而加快油的变质,而且会导致泵的排量减小,产生振动和噪声,使泵的工作极不平稳。
