Overview of NYP type high viscosity pump

NYP high viscosity pump is a new type of positive displacement pump developed according to the needs of industries such as petroleum, chemical, coatings, fats, pharmaceuticals, dyes, and food. Due to the selection of different materials and structures, NYP high viscosity pump is widely used for the transportation of media with different properties and viscosities.

Applicable medium temperature: -10 ℃ -200 ℃ (applicable temperatures for NYPO. 78 and NYP2.3 are -10 ℃ -80 ℃).

Applicable medium viscosity: 1. The applicable viscosity for 0cSt to 300000cSt (NYPO. 78 and NYP2.3 is 1.00cSt to 10000cSt).

Advantages of NYP high viscosity pump products:

The NYP high viscosity pump mainly consists of internal and external rotors, shafts, pump bodies, pump covers, brackets, seals, bearings, etc.

The NYP high viscosity pump is particularly suitable for conveying high viscosity and viscosity media. Widely used in various fluid transportation industries, especially for handling fluid transportation with large viscosity changes and a wide range.

There are two types of materials available: ordinary cast iron and stainless steel.

The pump head, pump housing, and sealing chamber can all be equipped with insulation sleeves. Choose the location that requires insulation according to actual needs.

The jacket and pump body are cast together, with good insulation effect, which can avoid various problems caused by welding the jacket.

When heating is required: insulation can be achieved by introducing various heat media such as hot steam and heat transfer oil into the jacket chamber.

When cooling is required: Various cooling liquids can be used to maintain a constant temperature of the pump body.

Adjustable clearance: The pump can adjust the gear clearance according to the viscosity requirements without disassembling the pump, achieving the process requirements of the pump at different viscosities. The two major advantages of an integral bearing box are that the clearance can be adjusted by simply rotating the bearing box. Easy to operate, no need to disassemble any components of the pump.

The outer rotor drives the inner rotor to rotate in the same direction, resulting in minimal wear and a long service life.

Application industry: Suitable for conveying pure and viscous fluids, it can be used to transport oil products such as lubricating oil, crude oil, etc; It can also be used to transport high viscosity materials without particle impurities, such as molasses, polyurethane, black and white materials, rubber, asphalt, paint, adhesives, dyes, coatings, lubricants, polyols, food, pharmaceuticals, etc; It can also be used to transport high-temperature, high viscosity polymer melt materials such as PA PB, PC, PE, PS, HIPS, ABS, PP, PET, PVA, etc.
