The AY single-stage and two-stage centrifugal oil pump is a modification and redesign based on the old Y-type oil pump series. It is a new product developed to meet the needs of modernization construction and adapt to energy-saving equipment replacement as soon as possible. It has the following characteristics:

1. The bearing body components have replaced the original 35, 50, and 60 bearing bodies with 45, 55, and 70 bearing bodies respectively, improving performance.

2. The hydraulic flow part adopts the hydraulic model of energy-saving pump, which is 5-8% higher on average than the old Y-type oil pump.

3. To maintain inheritance, the structural type, installation dimensions, and performance parameter range of the AY type oil pump are kept the same as those of the Y type oil pump, making it easier to renovate old equipment.

4. The degree of generalization of components is high, and the standard parts are shared by several series of products.

5. The material selection is refined, with Class II and III materials as the main body, and the bearing body and other components are increased to two types: cast steel and cast iron, providing favorable conditions for cold areas, exposed cold areas, outdoor use, and marine use.

6. There are three types of bearings: air cooling, fan cooling, and water cooling, which are selected according to the different operating temperatures of the pump. Fan cooling is particularly suitable for areas with water scarcity or poor water quality.

AY single and two-stage centrifugal oil pump performance range:

Flow rate: Q=2.5-600m3/h

Head: H=30-330

Temperature: T=-45 ℃ -+400 ℃

The meaning of the AY type single two-stage centrifugal oil pump model:

For example: 50AY Ⅱ 60 × 2B, 250AYS Ⅲ 150C

"50", "250" is the diameter of the suction port (mm)

"A" represents the first renovation. "Y" represents the centrifugal oil pump. The "S" head impeller is double suction.

"II" and "III" respectively represent the material codes of the retained parts;

Class I is HT25-47, Class II is ZG25, and Class III is ZG1Cr13Ni

"60", "150" represents single stage head (m)

The 2 of "× 2" represents the number of stages

"B" and "C" represent the number of times the impeller is cut, and the order is represented by A, B... ".

The causes and solutions to the five common problems of AY single-stage and two-stage centrifugal oil pumps:

1、 The head of the AY centrifugal oil pump is insufficient;

1. The impeller used in the stainless steel self suction pump for transporting corrosive liquids is severely corroded and needs to be replaced with a new impeller;

2. If the performance of the pump does not meet the design requirements, replace it with a pump that meets the design requirements;

3. Check the current for insufficient speed and restore the speed;

4. The gap between the semi open impeller and the pump cover is too large to reduce the gap;

AY centrifugal oil pump has severe vibration

1. The pump and motor shafts are not aligned and aligned with the pump and motor shafts;

2. Remove and straighten the bent pump shaft or replace it with a new one;

3. Remove the impeller for imbalance and find balance;

2、 AY centrifugal oil pump bearing overheating;

1. Insufficient or insufficient lubricating oil (grease) to meet the required standards;

2. The pump and motor shafts are not aligned and aligned with the pump and motor shafts;

3. Replace the damaged bearings with new ones for the Zhonglian pump;

3、 Severe mechanical seal leakage of AY centrifugal oil pump;

1. If the spring pressure is insufficient, readjust the spring compression or replace the spring;

2. Corrosion, wear, or scratches on the end face of the moving or stationary ring, or replacement of the damaged moving or stationary ring;

3. Loose fixing screws, causing the spring to lose its function. Tighten the screws or readjust the spring;

4. Assembly of inclined coils or corrosion deformation of the dynamic ring sealing ring, reinstallation or replacement of the dynamic ring sealing ring used in the intermediate pump;

5. The static ring assembly is skewed, and the static ring for the Zhonglian pump is reinstalled;

6. The machining accuracy and smoothness of the shaft sleeve are insufficient, which affects the axial movement of the moving ring. Replace the shaft sleeve with a qualified machining accuracy;

7. Impurities, foreign objects, or medium crystallization affect the axial movement of the moving ring or support the impurities, foreign objects, and crystals between the end faces of the moving and stationary rings. Clean the sealing components;

4、 Severe leakage of packing seal in AY centrifugal oil pump

1. If the packing pressure is too loose, tighten the packing cover to an appropriate degree;

2. The filling device is not easy to adjust the filling overlap, causing it to be staggered in a different direction;

3. Replace with a unified model of Zhonglian packing if the packing size is inconsistent or severely worn;

4. Poor quality of packing and poor sealing performance, replace with asbestos packing that meets the requirements;

5. Too much wear on the shaft sleeve, replace the shaft sleeve;

5、 Overheating of motor for AY centrifugal oil pump

1. Select the appropriate motor according to the series spectrum if the range of use (flow rate, head) exceeds the design requirements of the pump;

2. The proportion of the medium exceeds the configuration of the pump, and the motor configuration is suitable for the intermediate pump motor;

3. If the packing gland is pressed too tightly or the mechanical seal spring is adjusted too tightly, readjust the compression amount of the gland or mechanical seal spring;

4. The assembly quality of the pump is poor, and there are friction points or the motor and pump shaft are not concentric. Check the assembly quality and eliminate assembly faults.
