{1} Common problems in the use of stainless steel centrifugal pumps The pump body, impeller, pump cover, etc. of stainless steel centrifugal pumps are made of stainless steel material, and the mechanical sealing static ring is made of aluminum ceramic or silicon nitride. Another major feature is that the corrosion sealing performance is very good. The diameter and outlet diameter of the oil pump are both reinforced with cast steel to enhance the pump's compressive strength

There is also a stainless steel centrifugal pump that can be used in conjunction with all models and specifications of filter presses. It is a good matching pump for feeding slurry into filter presses for filtration

In fact, stainless steel centrifugal pumps have advantages such as high temperature, mechanical properties, non aging, smooth operation, reasonable structure, strict sealing performance, easy disassembly and repair, and long service life. The main purpose of this stainless steel centrifugal pump is to be suitable for pumping systems with low flow rate and high head, such as pressure boiler water supply systems, flushing and drinking water supply systems in industries such as papermaking, pure water purification systems, as well as pharmaceutical, food, chemical and other process processes. Although maintenance and upkeep are very convenient. Stainless steel centrifugal pumps can also perform well in certain environments. Here are 5 main points that are suitable for different environments

1. In higher ambient temperatures, it can be positive 40 ℃

2. The temperature range of the transported medium is approximately between -15 ℃ to+90 ℃, and the high temperature range is between -15 ℃ to+120 ℃

3. Use a larger pressure of 10 bar, and the larger conveying force is determined by the larger pressure and axial and linear outlets

4. Standard motor: 50Hz single-phase 200V or three box 380V, aluminum shell, IP54, Class F; 60Hz, single-phase 110V or three-phase 220V, aluminum shell, IP54, Class F

5. The pump should be made of 304 stainless steel or 316 stainless steel material

{2} Inspection and Repair of Gear Oil Pump

1. When there are burrs on the tooth surfaces of the transmission gear and the main and driven gears, or on the inner and outer rotor teeth, an oil stone can be used to polish them. If the teeth are peeled off or have gaps, they should be replaced.

2. If the meshing clearance between the main and passive gears of the gear type gear oil pump is too large, it will affect the oil pressure of the stainless steel oil pump. When measuring, a thickness gauge can be used to check three points at a distance of 1200 from each other. The normal meshing clearance should be 0.08-0.20mm, with a larger clearance not exceeding 0.75mm, and the clearance between each measuring point should not exceed 0.10mm. If it exceeds this limit, the main and passive gears should be replaced

When the wear gap between the rotor shaft and the bushing of the rotary gear oil pump exceeds 0.10mm, the bushing needs to be replaced. Alternatively, the method of boring and inserting sleeves can be used to restore its standard fit clearance

When repairing the sleeve, attention should be paid to keeping the eccentricity of the inner and outer rotors unchanged, otherwise it will have a significant impact on the fuel supply

3. Excessive wear on the working surface of the gear oil pump cover can also affect the pump oil pressure. A steel plate ruler and a thickness gauge can be used to check, and the wear dent should not exceed 0.05mm. If it exceeds the limit, the pump cover can be placed flat on a flat plate and ground flat with valve sanding. If it is greater than 0.10mm, it can be flattened on the lathe and then polished; It can also be ground flat on a surface grinder. The end face of the shell can be milled (or ground) on a milling machine (or grinder) to remove a small amount, and then ground on a platform

When the pressure limiting spring is too soft or the ball valve is worn, not round, has too many spots, or is not tightly sealed, it should be replaced

5. If the inner rotor horizontal pin is loose or the transmission gear horizontal pin is loose, it should also be replaced

6. Install a dial gauge to measure the pump shaft, shake the pump shaft by hand to check its looseness. The clearance between the gear oil pump shaft and the casing is generally 0.03-0.08mm. If it exceeds 0.16mm, the pump shaft should be replaced

7. Check the clearance between the pump shaft end face, usually 0.03-0.08mm. Use a thickness gauge to measure the clearance between the pump casing end and the transmission gear. If it exceeds 0.12mm, remove the transmission gear and add an appropriate thickness of steel gasket between the transmission gear and the pump casing end for adjustment

8. The clearance between the driven gear and the shaft of the gear oil pump is generally 0.02-0.05mm, and the larger clearance does not exceed 0.15mm. 9. The bending of the driving shaft can be checked with a dial gauge, and the pointer deviation should not exceed 0.06mm. If it exceeds the limit, it should be corrected
