Maintenance method for YHCB high flow pump:

◎ The pump shaft of YHCB high flow pump is equipped with a packing box at the front end, which has a relatively reliable sealing function. Mechanical sealing equipment is also installed in the bearing seat, so many leaks cannot occur, and small leaks can be discharged and received from the leakage pipe opening.

. It is normal for there to be a small amount of leakage in the early stage of the preliminary assignment, but after the sealing surface runs in at the beginning and end, the leakage will be reduced or interrupted

The heat transferred from the medium to the pump cover and bearings of the YHCB high flow pump is dissipated by the surface of the pump cover and bearing seat, allowing the temperature of the bearing seat to adapt to the temperature of the shaft sealing function. Therefore, when selecting the equipment orientation of the YHCB high flow pump, it is necessary to ensure that the heat from the pump cover and bearing seat is easily dissipated and there is no appearance of heat storage

Pay attention to whether there is any noise during the operation of the YHCB high flow pump. If any abnormal conditions are found, they should be dealt with in a timely manner. Shutdown: Cut off the power supply. Empty the liquid inside the YHCB high flow pump, clean it, and timely rotate the impeller 180 degrees to prevent shaft deformation until the cooling of the oil pump stops. Do not use the gate valve on the input pipe to regulate flow and prevent cavitation

◎ The YHCB high flow pump should not operate continuously at a flow rate of less than 30%. If operating under such conditions, a bypass pipe should be installed at the outlet and the flow rate should reach the relatively small value mentioned above. Regularly check the looseness of the anchor bolts, whether the pump casing temperature and temperature of the YHCB high flow pump can match, the shaking of the outlet pressure gauge, and the vibration of the pump

There are two ball bearings installed in the bearing seat. One ball bearing on the impeller side of the YHCB high flow pump is lubricated with the transported thermal oil, and the other ball bearing on the coupling side is lubricated with high-temperature grease. After 3000 hours of operation, each ball bearing is removed and cleaned with diesel to check if the contact surface is damaged. If there is any damage, replace it with a new one. When using ball bearing equipment on the impeller side, the side with the dust cover should face the impeller equipment, and thermal oil lubrication should be written before starting up. The ball bearing on the coupling side is equipped with composite calcium based high-temperature lubricating grease (ZFG-4). When starting the equipment from the beginning, the side with the dust cover should also face the impeller side equipment, and the equipment should be filled with lubricating grease (about 1/2 of the space between the ball bearing and the shell).
