Close the gate valve, outlet pressure gauge, and vacuum gauge of the water outlet pipeline5. Inch the motor and check if the direction of rotation is correct6. Start the motor, and when the circular arc gear pump is running normally, open the outlet pressure gauge and vacuum pump according to their appropriate pressure, gradually open the gate valve, and check the motor load condition7. Try to control the flow rate and head of the circular arc gear pump within the range indicated on the label, and operate the circular arc gear pump at the rated point to achieve significant energy-saving effectsDuring the operation of the circular arc gear pump, the bearing temperature should not exceed the ambient temperature of 35C, and the high temperature should not exceed 80CIf any abnormal sound is found in the circular arc gear pump, it should be stopped immediately to check the causeWhen stopping the use of the circular arc gear pump, first close the gate valve and pressure gauge, and then stop the motorWithin one month of operation, the circular arc gear pump needs to change the lubricating oil after 100 hours, and then every 500 hours12.
