According to the current industrial production and development status, circular arc gear pump equipment plays an important role in the production process.

. In order to fully utilize the equipment, its operation is crucial. At the same time, the circular gear pump system can work, and the higher the efficiency in energy conversion, the less energy it consumes. In addition, all the components used to form the arc-shaped gear pump equipment are mechanical components that may experience certain wear and tear during long-term operation. 2. Common leakage points in mechanical seals of circular arc pumps

The moving ring of the mechanical seal of circular arc pumps consists of an O-ring, a spring, a transmission seat, and a fixing bolt, which is fixed on the transmission shaft and rotates with it.

. The static ring is mainly composed of an O-ring and anti rotation fixing bolts, which are fixed on the machine seal cover. It is integrated with the pump casing and is stationary. After the installation of the mechanical seal is completed, the dynamic ring is tightly pressed against the static ring mainly by the combined action of the pressure of the internal medium and the spring force on the dynamic ring mechanism. When the circular arc pump is running, a thin liquid film is formed between the dynamic and static rings by the medium or flushing liquid, achieving no leakage in the mechanical seal. This is the main seal of the mechanical seal. In addition, the sealing between the static ring of the machine seal and the machine seal cover, the machine seal cover and the pump casing, the shaft sleeve and the pump shaft, and the shaft sleeve and the moving ring is mainly achieved through O-ring sealing

There are five main leakage points of the mechanical seal mentioned above: (1) the seal between the shaft sleeve and the shaft belongs to the static sealing point; (2) The seal between the moving ring and the shaft sleeve belongs to the static sealing point; (3) The seal on the contact surface between the moving ring and the stationary ring belongs to the dynamic sealing point; (4) The seal between the static ring and the mechanical seal cover belongs to the static sealing point; (5) The seal between the mechanical seal gland and the pump body belongs to the static sealing point
