1. Due to the incorrect installation of the self-priming centrifugal oil pump equipment, some users directly fix the self-priming non clogging sewage pump randomly from the factory to save trouble and effort. The wooden strip bracket of the self-priming centrifugal oil pump is placed on the ground together with the inlet and outlet pipelines for direct use. Some users also fix the self-priming centrifugal oil pump on the triangular iron welded bracket. Due to the triangular iron bracket being too single and not solid, only a small amount of the self-priming centrifugal oil pump base contacts the triangular iron. This method is incorrect and correct. It is to remove the wooden strip and fix the pump on a hard and flat ground

Due to the non-standard diameter configuration of the inlet and outlet pipes of the self suction centrifugal oil pump, for example, the stainless steel self suction centrifugal oil pump has a pipeline of 100mm and an outlet of 100mm. Some users, without consulting the manufacturer, directly reduce the pipeline size, resulting in a small water inflow that cannot keep up with the water output of the self suction centrifugal oil pump. This is also the reason for the large vibration of the self suction centrifugal oil pump and the abnormal sound of the self suction centrifugal oil pump

5. If the water level in the suction tank drops or the water flow is too fast, it may cause the self suction centrifugal oil pump to introduce air during suction, resulting in abnormal sound

Self suction centrifugal oil pump may malfunction during use. If judged and handled improperly, it will affect the working performance of the self suction centrifugal oil pump and even fail to work. (4) Check if there is any air leakage or blockage in the suction pipe. If any, it should be immediately ruled out

(5) Check if the mechanical seal and skeleton oil seal are damaged. If damaged, it needs to be replaced

(6) The reflux hole in the pump body is unobstructed, otherwise, clean the reflux hole and block it

If the speed of the water pump is too low, it should be allowed to reach the normal speed
