1. The Roots oil pump is overloaded

To prevent the impact of Roots oil pump overload, three methods can be used: mechanical automatic pressure regulating bypass valve, hydraulic coupling, and vacuum electrical component control of pump inlet pressure

2. Wear of bearing position

During operation, Roots oil pumps are often affected by harsh environments such as high temperature, high pressure, strong corrosion, and cavitation erosion, resulting in wear, corrosion, leakage, and other phenomena. The wear of the transmission parts is a common problem in Roots oil pumps, with a large quantity and frequent damage. 3) Bearings

In addition to the accuracy of the bearings themselves, inadequate design may also cause an increase in bearing noise, such as excessive interference in the installation of the inner and outer rings of the bearings, insufficient shaft stiffness, insufficient supply of lubricating oil, and contamination by dust, water, corrosive gases, and liquids.

Therefore, the noise emitted during operation is mainly caused by collisions, wear, and other internal components, and these components that are prone to making noise are also relatively prone to wear and tear. Therefore, when repairing and maintaining equipment, these components need to be maintained
