Inspection and Maintenance of Water Ring Vacuum Pump

(1) When the water ring vacuum pump is running normally, attention should be paid to checking the operation and lubrication of the bearings.

Normal working bearings should be lubricated 3 to 4 times a year, cleaned at least once a year, and all lubricating oil should be replaced(2) The water ring vacuum pump should also be regularly compressed and packaged during normal operation. If the packaging cannot achieve the required sealing performance due to wear and tear, please replace it with a new packaging. If a mechanical seal is used and leakage is found, please check if the mechanical seal of the mechanical seal is damaged or if the auxiliary seal is aging. (2) Loosen the packing gland nut and remove the packing gland(3) After removing the hexagonal bolts connecting the pump cover to the pump body and the bolts at the bottom of the pump cover, remove the rear cover(4) Remove the pump body(5) Loosen the other end foot bolt(6) Remove the coupling and remove the key from the shaft(7) Remove the front bearing components(8) After removing the front cover, take out the shaft and impeller togetherAfter disassembly, the relevant mating surfaces on the parts should be coated with engine oil, and the threads should also be protected with engine oil
