YCB Arc Gear Pump Usage:

YCB arc gear pump is suitable for conveying lubricating oil or other liquids with properties similar to lubricating oil, which does not contain solid particles and fibers, is non corrosive, has a temperature not exceeding 180 ℃, a viscosity of 5 × 10-6~1.5 × 10-3m2/s (5-1500cSt), and is used in hydraulic transmission systems.

YCB arc gear pump can be used as a transmission and booster pump in oil transportation systems;

Can be used as a fuel pump for delivery, pressurization, and injection in the fuel system;

A hydraulic pump that can be used to provide hydraulic power in hydraulic transmission systems;

In industry, it can be used as a lubricating oil pump.

Structural characteristics of YCB arc gear pump:

This series of YCB arc gear pumps mainly consists of gears, shafts, pump bodies, pump covers, bearing sleeves, and shaft end seals (magnetic drive and zero leakage structure can be selected as required). The gear is manufactured with a double arc sine curve tooth profile. Its outstanding advantage compared to involute gears is that there is no relative sliding of the tooth profile during the gear meshing process, so the tooth surface has no wear, runs smoothly, has no liquid phenomenon, low noise, and long service life. This pump has freed itself from the constraints of traditional design, ushering in a new era in the design, production, and use of gear pumps.

The circular gear pump is equipped with an overflow valve as overload protection, and the total reflux pressure of the overflow valve is 1.5 times the rated discharge pressure of the pump. It can also be adjusted according to actual needs within the allowable discharge pressure range. However, please note that this relief valve cannot be used as a pressure reducing valve for long-term operation. If necessary, it can be installed separately on the pipeline.

The pump shaft end seal is designed in two forms, one is a mechanical seal and the other is a packing seal, which can be determined according to specific usage conditions and user requirements.

From the extended end of the spindle towards the pump, it rotates clockwise.

The precautions for using YCB arc gear pump bearings are as follows:

1. Keep the bearings and their surroundings clean during installation.

Even small dust that cannot be seen by the eyes can have a negative impact on the bearings. So, it is important to keep the surroundings clean to prevent dust from entering the bearings.

2. Use with caution.

Strong impact on the bearings of the circular arc gear pump during use can cause scratches and indentations, which can become the cause of accidents. In severe cases, cracks and fractures may occur, so attention should be paid.

3. Use appropriate operating tools.

Avoid replacing existing tools with appropriate ones.

4. Pay attention to the corrosion of the bearings of the circular arc gear pump.

When installing the bearings of the circular arc gear pump, sweat on the hands can become the cause of rust. Pay attention to operating with clean hands and try to wear gloves as much as possible.

In order to maintain the original performance of bearings in good condition for as long as possible, maintenance and repair are necessary to prevent accidents in advance, improve operational efficiency, and improve productivity and economy.

Maintain the corresponding operating conditions of the machinery according to the operating standards and conduct them regularly. The content includes monitoring the operation status and regular disassembly inspections.

As a maintenance item during operation, it includes bearing rotation sound, vibration, temperature, lubricant status, and so on.
