不锈钢齿轮泵转动轴承不平衡、不良以及泵轴承弯曲等机械因素也会产生噪声。在液压装置中，回转零件在高速运转下就会因为其不平衡产生比较大的噪声。回转零件不平衡因素主要有材质不均匀、毛坯、变形、加工与装配误差、加工的缺陷等，这些因素导致零件质量分布不均进而产生偏心。因此在当转动时，就会由于产生的惯性力及偶极矩导致旋转零件产生噪声。
