1. The lubrication of this series of gear pumps is achieved by conveying oil. So, the transported oil should be clean. If impurities are sucked into the pump, it will have a serious impact on the service life, and even cause the oil pump to jam and not work.

2. Check if there is any heating in various parts of the oil pump.

3. When abnormal noise or excessive heating is found in the oil pump, the oil pump should be stopped immediately and the fault should be eliminated.

4. Pay attention to whether there is oil leakage at the oil seal. If there is oil leakage, check whether the oil seal is worn out or whether the spring is too loose.
