The ISG centrifugal pump is a vertical structure with the same inlet and outlet diameters and is located on the same line. It can be installed in pipelines like a valve, with a compact and beautiful appearance, small footprint, and low building investment. If a protective cover is added, it can be used outdoors. The impeller is directly installed on the extended shaft of the motor, with a short axial size and a reasonable configuration of the pump and motor bearings, which can balance the radial and axial loads generated by the pump operation, thus ensuring smooth operation of the pump and low vibration noise. Install and repair instant noodles without the need to dismantle the piping system. Simply remove the pump coupling seat nuts to extract all rotor components. The pump can be operated in series or parallel according to the requirements of flow rate and head. According to the requirements of pipeline layout, pumps can be installed vertically and horizontally. The series has a flow range of 1.5-1600m3/h and a head range of 5-125m, with various specifications including basic, diversion, and cutting types

Product Usage

ISG centrifugal pump is used for conveying clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, pressurized water supply in high-rise buildings, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire pressurization, long-distance transportation, HVAC refrigeration cycle, cold and warm water cycle pressurization, and equipment matching. The operating temperature is less than 80 ℃.

ISG centrifugal pump operating conditions

1. The suction pressure is ≤ 1.0Mpa, or the higher working pressure of the pump system is ≤ 1.6Mpa, that is, the pump suction pressure+pump head is ≤ 1.6Mpa, and the pump static pressure test pressure is 2.5Mpa. Please specify the system working pressure when ordering. When the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6Mpa, it should be separately proposed during ordering. In order to use cast steel materials for the flow components and connecting parts of the pump during manufacturing.

2. The ambient temperature is less than 40 ℃.

3. The volume content of solid particles in the transported medium shall not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size shall be less than 0.2mm.

Note: If the medium used contains small particles, please specify when placing an order so that a mechanical seal can be used.
