RCB insulated asphalt pump

The pump body of the RCB insulated asphalt pump is equipped with a hollow interlayer and inlet and outlet flanges, which can be used for heating, insulation, and cooling the transported liquid and pump with media such as thermal oil, steam, hot water, etc. The pump transmission method has two types: motor direct connection and reducer. When the liquid viscosity exceeds 1500cSt, the reducer transmission should be used.

The RCB insulation type asphalt pump is specially designed and manufactured for outdoor installation in high-altitude cold areas and occasions where insulation is required for the medium during the process.

RCB insulated asphalt pumps are divided into two types of materials: ordinary and cast steel, both equipped with insulation sleeves. Insulation pumps are suitable for liquids with solidification or crystallization at room temperature, which are easy to flow and lubricated through heating and maintaining temperature, as well as for outdoor installation and process in high-altitude cold areas that require insulation. When the pump starts working, preheating reduces the starting power of the pump.

Scope of application of RCB insulated asphalt pump:

RCB insulated asphalt pump is suitable for conveying liquids with corrosive or non corrosive properties and high hygiene requirements. The conveying medium does not contain solid particles, with a temperature not exceeding 350 ℃ and a viscosity of 5cSt to 1500cSt, such as various chemical raw materials, filling pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics, pesticides, detergents, printing and dyeing, brewing, resins, adhesives and other industries. The RCB insulation asphalt pump has two transmission methods: direct motor connection and reducer. When the liquid viscosity exceeds 1500cSt, reducer transmission should be used.
