Three screw insulation pumps are widely used in various industries such as petroleum, chemical fiber, metallurgy, machinery, power, machine tools, ships, glass, and highways. Suitable for conveying lubricating liquids such as fuel oil, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, heavy oil, asphalt, and other similar oils. It is suitable for transporting various non corrosive oils and liquids similar to oil, with a viscosity of generally 30-760mm2/s. High viscosity media can be transported by heating and reducing viscosity, and its temperature generally does not exceed 350 degrees

The inlet and outlet direction of the three screw insulation pump is usually left in the direction shown in the diagram when leaving the factory. If the user has a request, it can also be made as left in and right outThe three screw insulation pump has good sealing performance and adopts mechanical seals. According to the different media of the user, different materials are selected for the mechanical seal friction parts. For high viscosity media, mechanical and high-performance hard alloy materials are selected to improve the sealing performance at high temperatures

Assembly steps of the three screw insulation pump:

1. Before assembly, clean all parts with kerosene or gasoline to remove oxide skin and molding sand

2. Install the bearing on the driving screw and lock it with a round nut3. Install the main rod with bearings into the bearing body4. Insert the pump into the pump body5. Install the bearing body, active screw, and driven screw together into the pump sleeve and pump body6. Install the main rod bushing, driven bushing, and stop washer onto the main and driven screws of the pump sleeve7. Install the rear cover on the pump body8. Install the hard alloy steel mechanical seal and sealing gland sequentially from the extended end of the active screw

Precautions during the assembly of a three screw insulation pump:

1. When disassembling, installing, or forcefully tapping the main screw shaft, the sealing components must not be damaged or roughened, otherwise oil leakage or asphalt may occur.

2. Use a tool to drive out the bearing (main screw bearing) from the back to the front3. Impurities in the screw and pump sleeve4. The screw may be damaged or deformed due to metal blocks, and it needs to be polished smooth with an oilstone, file, or sandcloth before installation5. Clean the three screws and three screw bushings. If they are deformed and cannot be installed, they should be repeatedly ground. Install the main screw first, then the auxiliary screw. After installation, they should be able to rotate left and right6. When disassembling the main and auxiliary screws, there should be a certain temperature inside the pump, otherwise asphalt or other media will solidify and cannot be removed7. When installing the stator, apply lubricating oil to the surface of the rotor and stator cavity, which is beneficial for stator installation8. During installation and assembly, the installation deviation of the coupling: △ Y ≤ 0.2mm, △ α≤ 30 '
