1、 Overview of 2CY gear pump products:

The 2CY gear pump is mainly used for conveying lubricating oil in lubrication systems of various mechanical equipment, suitable for conveying viscosity of 10. Oil with lubricating properties below E (75C. S.t) and at temperatures below 300 ℃. Stainless steel gear pumps can transport non lubricating oils, beverages, and low corrosive liquids. Equipped with copper gears, it can transport low internal point liquids such as gasoline, benzene, etc. In addition to ordinary motors, this series of pumps can also be equipped with motors of the same specifications according to user needs.

2、 Application scope of 2CY gear pump:

Can be used as a transmission and booster pump in oil transportation systems; Can be used as a fuel pump for delivery, pressurization, and injection in the fuel system; A hydraulic pump that can be used to provide hydraulic power in hydraulic transmission systems; In industry, it can be used as a lubricating oil pump;

3、 Working principle of 2CY gear pump:

The 2CY gear pump is equipped with a pair of rotating gears in the pump body, one active and one passive. By the mutual meshing of the two gears, the entire working chamber inside the pump is divided into two independent parts. A is the suction chamber, and B is the discharge chamber. When the pump is running, the active gear drives the passive gear to rotate. When the meshing goes from engagement to disengagement, a local vacuum is formed on the suction side (A), and the liquid is sucked in. The sucked liquid fills the various tooth valleys of the gear and is carried to the discharge side (B). When the gear enters meshing, the liquid is squeezed out, forming high-pressure liquid and discharged from the pump through the discharge port.

4、 Structural description of 2CY gear pump:

The 2CY gear oil pump mainly consists of gears, shafts, pump bodies, pump covers, bearing sleeves, shaft end seals, etc. Gears have high hardness and properties after nitriding treatment. Install and operate together with the shaft in a replaceable shaft sleeve. The lubrication of all parts inside the pump is automatically achieved by using the conveying medium during pump operation.

The four bearing sleeves inside the pump are floating and installed inside the pump, and the end face clearance is automatically adjusted according to the working pressure. Therefore, the pressure of the pump is stable, the output flow pulsation is small, and the dissolution is accumulated.

From the extended end of the spindle towards the pump, it rotates clockwise.

1. The pump body, front and rear covers, and other parts are made of gray cast iron, and the gears are made of carbon steel; It can also be made of copper or stainless steel according to user needs.

2. Protective valve.

The 2CY series gear pump does not come with a protective valve, and users need to install a protective valve in the pipeline system themselves when using it. The KCB gear oil pump is equipped with a protective valve above the rear pump cover or pump body, which can prevent any malfunction in the pump or discharge pipeline

When the discharge valve is closed to generate high pressure and high pressure impact, the protective valve will automatically open, removing some or all of the high-pressure liquid and returning to the suction chamber, thereby providing protection for the pump and pipeline.

3. Bearings.

All 2CY series gear pumps adopt DU bearings; Tin bronze bearings can be used according to user requirements& 0818.3-83.3, 2CY1.1 gear oil pumps use DU bearings; Tin bronze bearings can be used according to user requirements.

Items not specified during ordering shall be supplied according to the DU bearing structure.

The bearing is a built-in type that relies on the conveyed medium for lubrication; 011 bearings and tin bronze bearings can operate in non lubricating media.

4. Shaft seal.

The shaft end seal of this series of products has three structures: skeleton oil seal, mechanical seal, and packing seal.

a. Skeleton oil seal: The characteristic of skeleton oil seal is easy maintenance and replacement, low cost, but short service life. Ding Qing rubber skeleton oil seal is suitable for working environments below 1001; Fluorine rubber skeleton oil seal is suitable for working environments below 200 ℃.

b. 1. Mechanical seal: The characteristics of mechanical seal are sealing, long service life, and high cost. The substrate of the mechanical seal is made of stainless steel, and the dynamic and static environmental media are different. They are made of YG8 hard alloy or YG8 graphite respectively, and the operating temperature is below 200 ℃.

c. Packing seal: Packing seal is only used for high-temperature oil pumps, characterized by a small amount of leakage. During use, it is necessary to adjust regularly according to the leakage situation, and the operating temperature should be below 250 ℃.

The type of sealing structure required by the user should be specified when placing an order. All items not specified during ordering shall be supplied according to the structure of the nitrile rubber skeleton oil seal.

5. Oil inlet and outlet type:

The inlet and outlet ports of the 2CY series gear pump are British pipe threads (G) corresponding to the diameter, which are directly made on the pump body.

6. The pump and motor are connected by elastic couplings and installed on a common chassis.
