Overview of BRY thermal oil pump

The hot oil pump has a reasonable structure, excellent performance, and is suitable for use. Suitable for conveying high-temperature liquids without solid particles. The degree and usage temperature depend on the material of the main parts in contact with the medium (divided into three categories: 1. HT200; II. ZG230-450; III.1Cr18Ni9Ti, OCr18Ni12-Mo2Ti)

Applicable scope of BRY thermal oil pump

BRY thermal oil pump is suitable for conveying weakly corrosive liquids without solid particles, and different materials can be selected for flow components according to user needs to transport liquids with corrosive or other properties. Applicable temperature: ≤ 350 ℃ Flow rate: 1-270 cubic meters per hour

In addition, air-cooled high-temperature hot oil pumps are widely used in the mechanical industry, food industry, pharmaceutical production, hot oil furnace oil supply circulation system, and hot oil heating circulation system. The air-cooled high-temperature heat pump is widely used in industry, and its main applications include petrochemical industry, textile printing and dyeing industry, dye industry, wood processing, plastic and rubber processing industry, food industry, papermaking and printing industry, etc.

Structural characteristics of BRY thermal oil pump

The BRY thermal oil pump adopts a soft packing seal, which has good thermal adaptability and no leakage. No additional cooling equipment, low operating costs. Performance, small size, low noise, able to operate stably for a long time. The oil pump adopts an axial suction, centrifugal conveying, and cantilever support structure.

Installation sequence of BRY thermal oil pump

1) Place the unit on the foundation with embedded anchor bolts, and place a pair of pads between the base and the foundation for alignment purposes.

2) Loosen the coupling, place a spirit level on the pump shaft and base respectively, adjust the wedge pad to make the unit level, align it, and tighten the anchor bolts appropriately to prevent movement.

3) Pour concrete into the base and anchor bolt holes.

4) After the concrete has dried and solidified, check the base and anchor bolts for any defects or looseness. After passing the inspection, tighten the anchor bolts and recheck the levelness of the pump.

5) Correct the coaxiality of the pump shaft and motor shaft. When using a leveling ruler for inspection, the circular runout on the outer circle of the coupling should not exceed 0.1 millimeters. The gap between the two coupling planes should be between 2-3 millimeters. When using a leveling ruler with a 90 degree difference to verify the coupling, the circular runout in the other direction should not exceed 0.1 millimeters. When adjusting, the motor is generally adjusted relative to the pump, and the coaxiality of the coupling can be adjusted using the method of inserting flat points.

6) After connecting the pipeline and determining the direction of rotation of the prime mover, connect the coupling to the Taibang pump valve in Botou City and recheck the coaxiality of the outer circle of the coupling.

7) After 3-4 hours of actual trial operation of the unit, conduct a final inspection. If there are no defects, the installation is considered qualified.

8) To prevent debris from falling into the machine during installation, all holes in the unit should be covered properly.

Attention: When cleaning the inlet and outlet pipelines of the thermal oil pump before starting, a filter should be added to the pump section to prevent debris from entering the pump.
