ZW non clogging centrifugal pump is a new type of pump developed by our company based on the structure and performance of ZX type self suction centrifugal pump and QW type submersible sewage pump, drawing on the advantages of similar products, integrating self suction and sewage. It can not only be used as a general self suction pump for clean water without the need for bottom valves or irrigation, but also to extract pollutants, sediment, waste impurities, fecal treatment, engineering wastewater, and gum liquids containing large particle solids with a diameter of 60% of the outlet diameter and a fiber length of 1.5 times the impeller diameter, reducing labor intensity. Moreover, it is easy to install and use, requires less maintenance, and the performance of the self suction sewage pump reaches the standard. It has a broad application market and development prospects.
Characteristics of ZW Non Blocking Centrifugal Pump Products
1. The discharge of ZW non clogged centrifugal pump: The impeller anti clogging design ensures normal use of the pump without blockage.
2. ZW non clogging centrifugal pump has energy-saving advantages: using a hydraulic model, the efficiency is 3-5% higher than that of general self suction pumps.
3. ZW non clogging centrifugal pump has good self-priming performance: the self-priming height is 1 meter higher than that of ordinary self-priming pumps, and the self-priming time is short.
Application and conditions of ZW non clogging centrifugal pump products
ZW non clogging centrifugal pump is suitable for industries such as chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, mining, papermaking, fiber, pulp, textile, food, power plants and municipal sewage engineering, public facility sewage, and river pond aquaculture.
The usage conditions of ZW non clogging centrifugal pump are: 1. Environmental temperature ≤ 45 ℃, medium temperature ≤ 60 ℃. 2. The pH value of the medium is 6-9 for cast iron pumps and 1-14 for stainless steel self priming pumps. 3. The diameter of the particles is 60% of the diameter of the self suction pump, and the fiber length is 5 times the diameter. 4. The total weight of impurities in the medium shall not exceed 15% of the total weight of the medium, and the specific gravity of the medium shall not exceed 1240 kilograms per cubic meter.
