RCB stainless steel gear pump
RCB stainless steel gear pumps are divided into two types of materials, ordinary and stainless steel, both with insulation sleeves. Stainless steel insulation pumps are suitable for liquids that have solidification or crystallization at room temperature, are easy to flow and have lubrication through heating and maintaining temperature, and are installed outdoors in high-altitude areas and need insulation during the process. When the pump starts working, preheating first reduces the starting power of the pump.
Suitable for conveying liquids that are corrosive or non corrosive, with high hygiene requirements. The conveying medium does not contain solid particles, with a temperature not exceeding 350 ℃ and a viscosity of 5cSt to 1500cSt, such as various chemical raw materials, filling pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics, pesticides, detergents, printing and dyeing, brewing, resins, adhesives and other industries. There are two types of pump transmission methods: motor direct connection and gearbox. When the liquid viscosity exceeds 1500cSt, gearbox transmission should be used.
The pump body of this pump is equipped with a hollow interlayer and inlet and outlet flanges, which can be used for heating, insulation, and cooling the transported liquid and pump with media such as thermal oil, steam, and hot water. There are two transmission methods for this pump: motor direct connection and gearbox. When the liquid viscosity exceeds 1500cSt, gearbox transmission should be used.
The main components of the RCB stainless steel gear pump are made of 304 stainless steel material and have undergone high-temperature treatment. The main flow passage parts are equipped with hollow interlayers, and are equipped with functions such as heating and insulation for conveying liquids and stainless steel gear pumps with heat media such as steam, hot water, and thermal oil. When the viscosity of the conveying fluid is high, transmission methods such as reducers, speed regulating motors, or pulleys should be used to reduce the pump speed.
Installation precautions for RCB stainless steel gear pump
1. RCB stainless steel gear pumps and motors should not be installed in areas with direct dripping or splashing.
2. Before installing the asphalt insulation pump, the pipeline should be cleaned to ensure that the medium introduced is free of impurities or hard particles. If there are impurities in the medium, a filter can be installed on the pipeline in front of the valve.
3. During installation, it should be noted that the flow direction of the medium should be consistent with the arrow marked on the valve body (motor reversal is prohibited).
4. The RCB stainless steel insulated gear pump should operate normally within a fluctuation range of 15% -10% of the rated voltage of the power supply.
5. After the installation of the stainless steel gear pump, there should be no negative pressure in the pipeline. And it needs to be powered on several times to make it suitable for temperature before it can be officially put into use.
6. When the asphalt insulation pump malfunctions or is cleaned, do not rub or touch it randomly. During assembly and adjustment, do not tamper or twist it randomly. To continue the operation of the system, a bypass device should be installed.
