NCB high viscosity pump
The NCB high viscosity pump adopts the principle of internal meshing, with the inner and outer gear pitch circles close to one side and the other side separated by a "crescent plate". The gears rotate in the same direction, without any liquid trapping phenomenon. It has a small volume, high flow rate, low noise, and long service life. It is suitable for conveying various light and volatile liquids, even heavy and viscous liquids. It is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, oil, and coatings.
The two gears of NCB high viscosity pump have different shapes and numbers of teeth. One of them is a ring gear that can float inside the pump body, and the middle one is a driving gear that is in an eccentric position with the pump body. The ring gear has more teeth than the driving gear, and the driving gear drives the ring gear to rotate together, using the changes in space between the two teeth to transport liquid. Another type of internal gear pump is a ring gear with two more teeth than the driving gear, and a fixed crescent shaped partition is installed between the two gears, clearly separating the suction and discharge space. Under the same discharge pressure and flow rate, the external dimensions of the internal gear pump are smaller than those of the external gear pump.
Gear pumps are used to transport liquids with high viscosity, such as lubricating oil and combustion oil. They are not suitable for conveying liquids with low viscosity (such as water and gasoline) or liquids containing particulate impurities (which affects the service life of the pump). They can be used as lubrication system oil pumps and hydraulic system oil pumps, and are widely used in engines, steam turbines, centrifugal compressors, machine tools, and other equipment.

Follow the instructions for using high viscosity pumps in a standardized manner to avoid non-standard operations, which is the first step in achieving high viscosity pump maintenance.
2. The placement of high viscosity pumps is very particular, and the location of the oil pump should be protected from moisture. If the high viscosity pump is made of cast iron, it is easy to cause corrosion in this environment for a long time. Staying away from acids and alkalis can help high viscosity pumps avoid corrosion.
3. High viscosity pump parts maintenance, high viscosity NCB high viscosity pumps use internal meshing. During the disassembly process of the original pump, all parts should be carefully preserved. The assembly process of the oil pump is important and cannot be simplified or omitted. Each step is designed by the manufacturer through testing, and small problems during installation may be major problems during operation.
4. During the operation of a high viscosity pump, its lubricity is important, as lubricating grease is prone to volatilization. This requires frequent addition of lubricating grease to the high viscosity pump, and the cleaning of the high viscosity pump bearings can also ensure the good operation of the high viscosity pump.
